Infibeam Avenues reported Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 19,649 million, up 93% YoY. PAT rose 42% YoY to Rs 677 million. Payment TPV grew 33% YoY to Rs 1,172 billion. The company completed a slump sale of its Platform Business to subsidiary Rediff.com for Rs 800 crore, becoming a pure-play fintech and AI-payments firm. Its Rediff stake rose to 82.66%. Prior periods were restated for discontinued operations. EBITDA margin eased to 61% from 64%.
Strong top-line growth and pivot to focused fintech business could support valuation, but slight margin compression and corporate restructuring warrant close watch.
