Avro India posted standalone Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 2,349.75 lakhs, up 8.4% YoY from Rs 2,168.81 lakhs. However, PAT fell around 35% YoY to Rs 68.72 lakhs versus Rs 105.46 lakhs, with EPS at Rs 0.05 versus Rs 0.08. Margins compressed sharply. Other income included commission of Rs 25.90 lakhs. The company sold property, plant and equipment worth Rs 1,261.98 lakhs to its wholly-owned subsidiary AVRO Recycling. It allotted 1,06,090 shares on warrant conversion while 4,24,361 warrants lapsed, forfeiting Rs 135 lakhs.
Profitability weakened sharply despite revenue growth. Sharp PAT decline and margin compression may concern investors. Stock split to Rs 1 face value is purely technical.
