Awfis Space Solutions posted Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 4,249 million, up about 27% YoY from Rs 3,347 million. Profit after tax surged to Rs 239.64 million from Rs 99.77 million, around 140% higher. Co-working segment drove growth with Rs 3,313 million in revenue. Board also re-appointed Protiviti as internal auditor for FY27 and appointed Abhishek Poddar as Independent Director for 5 years.
