AWL Agri Business Limited (formerly Adani Wilmar Limited) has submitted its audited financial results for Q4 and the year ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated revenue grew 17.4% to Rs 74,730.67 Crores from Rs 63,672.24 Crores in the previous year, driven by edible oil segment performance. However, profit after tax declined 14.8% to Rs 1,044.89 Crores from Rs 1,225.81 Crores, with EPS falling to Rs 8.05 from Rs 9.43. The company recorded an exceptional item of Rs 25.83 Crores due to new labour code implementation. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 1 per share (100% payout) for FY2025-26. Wilmar International now holds 56.94% stake making AWL its subsidiary. SRBC & Co. LLP issued an unmodifed (clean) audit opinion. The company completed acquisition of Tops brand owner GD Foods in April 2025.
Revenue growth demonstrates business expansion, but the 14.8% PAT decline despite higher revenues signals margin compression and cost pressures. The clean audit opinion is positive. The dividend declaration and ownership change to Wilmar may provide stability for shareholders.
