Q2 FY27 revenue rose 26% to INR 22,202 crore on 14% volume growth. Normalized EBITDA rose 11% to INR 623 crore, but net profit fell 2% to INR 239 crore. H1 revenue rose 22% to INR 42,250 crore and EBITDA rose 25% to INR 1,378 crore. Food and FMCG revenue grew 32% to INR 2,216 crore at a 3.2% margin. FY27 margin guidance remains 3% to 4%, with management targeting high single digits from FY28. An INR 6,000 crore inventory build hurt operating cash flow but should reverse next quarter.
Strong growth and the FY28 margin target support the long term case, but inventory funding and rural demand risks may cap near term gains.
