Axis Bank informed the exchange that Moody's has assigned a Baa3 rating with stable outlook to USD 300 million 5.348% senior notes issued by its Gift City branch. The notes will be consolidated with existing USD 300 million senior notes under the bank's USD 5 billion Global Medium Term Note programme.
