Axis Solutions Limited reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 4,949.03 lakhs for Q2 FY26, up about 18% from Rs 4,189.18 lakhs in Q2 FY25. Half-year revenue rose to Rs 7,697.76 lakhs vs Rs 6,478.88 lakhs in H1 FY25. However, consolidated profit before tax fell sharply to Rs 451.41 lakhs in Q2 FY26 (vs Rs 897.78 lakhs YoY) and Rs 619.30 lakhs for H1 FY26 (vs Rs 1,904.27 lakhs YoY), roughly a 67% decline. Segment EBITDA also compressed from Rs 986.94 lakhs to Rs 599.73 lakhs YoY. The auditor drew attention to Note 6 regarding the prior merger scheme. The company also changed its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent to Accurate Securities and appointed a new Cost Auditor.
Profitability has weakened significantly despite top-line growth, with EBITDA margins shrinking and the company reporting negative cash flow from operations (-Rs 268 lakhs consolidated, -Rs 509 lakhs standalone). Shareholders should view this as a margin and cash-quality concern rather than a growth story.
