Axis Solutions (formerly Asya Infosoft) reported audited results for Q4 and FY25 on May 30, 2025 with an unmodified (clean) audit opinion. Consolidated revenue from operations grew ~49% YoY to Rs. 20,316 lakhs (vs Rs. 13,636 lakhs in FY24), driven by the Industrial Engineering & Systems and Infra & Water segments. Consolidated EBITDA nearly doubled to Rs. 7,361 lakhs, lifting operating margin from ~26% to ~36%. Standalone PAT rose modestly to Rs. 3,475 lakhs (vs Rs. 3,174 lakhs), translating to basic EPS of Rs. 7.97. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (50% on face value). During the year, 30 lakh equity shares were issued to the public at Rs. 610 per share to meet minimum public shareholding norms, and Axis Solutions Pvt Ltd was amalgamated with the company via NCLT order under the IBC framework.
Strong top-line growth and clear margin expansion are positives, but operating cash flow swung sharply negative (Rs. -1,990 lakhs vs +Rs. 1,128 lakhs prior year) due to a large jump in trade receivables, signalling working-capital strain that shareholders should monitor. The 50% final dividend offers reasonable income support.
