Axis Solutions Limited (formerly Asya Infosoft Limited) reported strong Q3 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations of Rs 4,601.24 lakhs, up about 23% year-on-year from Rs 3,729.65 lakhs. Standalone profit after tax surged to Rs 586.78 lakhs from Rs 173.13 lakhs in the same quarter last year, more than tripling on a low base. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 4,636.71 lakhs with a consolidated PAT of Rs 616.67 lakhs. The company operates across three segments — Automation and Digitalisation, Water, and Industrial Engineering and Systems — with the Engineering segment being the largest contributor to revenue and EBITDA. Standalone basic EPS for the quarter came in at Rs 1.24 versus Rs 0.37 a year ago. The statutory auditors issued limited review reports without qualification but drew attention to Note 1 relating to the earlier scheme of amalgamation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code involving Asya Infosoft Limited.
Sharper-than-expected Q3 profit growth signals a clear operational turnaround and improved margins, which should be supportive for the stock. However, investors should note that nine-month standalone PAT is still down about 36% year-on-year despite higher revenue, indicating profitability pressure earlier in the year, and the auditor emphasis-of-matter note linked to the legacy IBC-driven amalgamation.
