Consolidated revenue from continuing operations rose 94% year on year to Rs 183.35 cr, driven by Defence segment which grew 111%. However, the company posted a net loss of Rs 14.76 cr versus a profit of Rs 20.86 cr a year ago, hit by Rs 21.81 cr of one-time transaction advisory fees linked to the proposed sale to Akkodis. Loss from continuing operations stood at Rs 7.05 cr. Shareholders approved the sale of engineering services businesses to Akkodis for a fixed USD 175.58 million on July 27, 2026. Protiviti appointed as internal auditor for FY 26-27.
Strong top-line growth is encouraging, but bottom line turned red due to deal costs. Watch for closure of the Akkodis sale and any related inflow.
