Axita Cotton reported unaudited standalone results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Half-year revenue from operations fell 42.7% to Rs 126.04 crore from Rs 219.97 crore, but profit after tax rose 453% to Rs 9.12 crore from Rs 1.65 crore. Quarterly profit after tax was Rs 5.53 crore versus Rs 0.04 crore a year earlier. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs 15.71 crore, and borrowings fell to Rs 8.51 crore.
Profit and cash flow recovery may support the stock, but the 42.7% half-year sales decline remains a key risk.
