Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund and three associated Nomura funds (Nomura Trust and Banking Co. Ltd as trustee, Nomura Asset Management Malaysia Sdn Bhd, and Nomura Funds Ireland - India Equity Fund) sold a combined 1,321,713 shares of Azad Engineering Ltd in a secondary market transaction. The sale was executed on 27 April 2026. Prior to the transaction, the Nomura group held 3,313,396 shares (5.13% of total equity capital of 64,581,743 shares). After the sale, their holding dropped to 1,991,683 shares (3.08%). This represents a reduction of approximately 2.05 percentage points in their stake.
