B.A.G Films reported FY26 results with an unmodified audit opinion. Standalone revenue grew 15.5% to ₹4,405 lakh and PAT jumped 249% to ₹380 lakh. Consolidated revenue rose 10.4% to ₹15,007 lakh, but PAT fell 35% to ₹650 lakh. Operating cash flow turned negative at ₹(917) lakh standalone and ₹(1,378) lakh consolidated, against positive inflows last year.
Strong standalone turnaround is positive, but consolidated profit decline and negative operating cash flows may raise investor concerns.
