B&A Packaging India reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 33.31 crore, up 5.5% year-on-year but down 18.4% sequentially from Q2. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue grew about 7% YoY to Rs. 108.99 crore. Profitability however weakened sharply — Q3 profit after tax fell roughly 46% YoY to Rs. 1.11 crore, while nine-month PAT declined about 29% YoY to Rs. 6.01 crore. The squeeze came from higher employee costs and other expenses, with Q3 EBITDA margin compressing from around 10.7% a year ago to about 4.8%. Q3 EPS came in at Rs. 2.24 versus Rs. 4.14 in the year-ago quarter. The new statutory auditor, Salarpuria & Partners, issued an unmodified review report and noted reliance on the predecessor auditor's figures.
Margins have deteriorated meaningfully even as revenue continues to grow, which is a negative signal for near-term earnings momentum. Shareholders should also note the change in statutory auditors, though the review conclusion remains clean.
