On the reaction day the stock moved 2.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.8 pts less than its Tea & Coffee peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

B & A Ltd filed a revised scrutinizer's report for its 112th AGM held July 30, 2026. The revision follows a court order in Title Suit No. 715 of 2026 (Amerx Marketing Pvt Ltd vs Sharmila Vijay Shetty) which restrained voting rights on 3,16,200 shares held by Sharmila Vijay Shetty. These votes were inadvertently counted in the original July 31 report. After excluding them, all five resolutions passed with full approval.
Court-ordered exclusion of 3.16 lakh disputed shares. All resolutions passed with about 10.36 lakh votes in favor. Underlying shareholder litigation ongoing.
