CRISIL upgraded the company's long-term bank loan rating to Crisil A-/Stable from Crisil BBB+/Stable and assigned a Crisil A2+ short-term rating. The ratings cover Rs. 160 crore of bank loan facilities, increased from Rs. 140 crore.
The upgrade indicates improved creditworthiness and may support lower borrowing costs and better lender confidence, which is positive for shareholders.
