B.R.Goyal Infrastructure's board, meeting on 12 November 2025, approved its un-audited standalone and consolidated results for the half-year ended 30 September 2025. Standalone revenue from operations jumped about 60% year-on-year to Rs 32,850.52 lakhs (vs Rs 20,469.97 lakhs in H1FY25), while profit after tax surged roughly 165% to Rs 1,611.66 lakhs (vs Rs 607.67 lakhs), lifting EPS to Rs 8.58 from Rs 3.49. Consolidated figures were similar, with revenue at Rs 34,213.41 lakhs and PAT at Rs 1,605.27 lakhs. Despite the strong topline and bottomline growth, operating cash flow was negative at Rs (2,887.99) lakhs standalone and Rs (2,416.89) lakhs consolidated, largely due to a Rs 4,989 lakh jump in inventories. The board also approved the re-appointment of Ms. Khushboo Patodi as an Independent Woman Director for a second 5-year term and cleared a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval.
Sharp revenue and profit growth with margin expansion is positive for shareholders, signalling strong business momentum. However, deeply negative operating cash flow despite healthy profits suggests heavy working capital absorption (mainly inventory build-up), which investors should watch closely.
