B.R.Goyal Infrastructure reported strong FY26 results, with revenue from operations rising 60.91% year-on-year to Rs. 820.32 crore, up from Rs. 509.80 crore in FY25. EBITDA grew even faster at 81.91% to Rs. 74.93 crore, with margins expanding by 105 basis points to 9.13%. Profit after tax jumped 77.76% to Rs. 44.92 crore, lifting EPS to Rs. 23.87 from Rs. 13.41. Growth was driven by strong execution across EPC road and building projects, scaling of the toll collection business, and entry into waste water treatment and underground sewerage projects. The company also has a healthy order book of Rs. 1,235 crore providing revenue visibility, and the Board recommended a maiden dividend of 2.50%.
This is a strong, broad-based earnings beat with double-digit growth across revenue, EBITDA, and PAT, along with margin expansion, signaling robust business momentum. The maiden dividend and growing order book should be viewed positively by shareholders, though investors should monitor execution of the new water infrastructure vertical and sustainability of margin gains.
