B-Right Realestate's board approved audited FY25 results on May 30, 2025 with an unqualified (clean) opinion from auditor JMMK & Co. Consolidated revenue from operations surged about 153% to Rs. 10,343.14 lakhs from Rs. 4,089.58 lakhs in FY24. However, consolidated profit after tax fell roughly 30% to Rs. 169.21 lakhs from Rs. 243 lakhs, and standalone PAT dropped sharply about 75% to Rs. 59.30 lakhs from Rs. 240.86 lakhs. Consolidated operating cash flow remained deeply negative at Rs. (2,084) lakhs versus Rs. (4,362) lakhs last year, while standalone operating cash flow was positive at Rs. 410.66 lakhs. Total consolidated assets shrank to Rs. 33,153 lakhs from Rs. 44,496 lakhs as short-term borrowings were cut from Rs. 11,113 lakhs to Rs. 4,081 lakhs.
Strong revenue growth is positive, but the sharp drop in profitability and continued negative consolidated operating cash flow signal margin pressure and cash burn that shareholders should watch. Lower borrowings and clean auditor opinion offer some comfort, though weak bottom-line conversion could weigh on the stock.
