Baba Arts revised its 3 November disclosure after a clerical error. Promoter Gordhan P. Tanwani transferred 6,500,000 shares to Skybridge Interactive LLP under a 25 February 2026 agreement, reducing his holding from 12.38% to nil. Skybridge's stake rose from 62.29% to 74.67%. Public holding remained 25.32%.
Skybridge now holds 74.67%, strengthening its control, while the promoter has exited. The correction changes the earlier ownership figures by only two shares.
