Baba Arts Limited reported audited financial results for Q4 and FY2026. Net sales grew significantly to Rs. 1,494.75 Lakhs from Rs. 558.88 Lakhs in the previous year, a growth of about 167%, driven primarily by the Digital Media Content segment which grew from Rs. 374.34 Lakhs to Rs. 1,292.22 Lakhs. However, net profit after tax declined to Rs. 65.30 Lakhs from Rs. 143.84 Lakhs in the previous year, a decline of about 54.6%. EPS declined from Rs. 0.274 to Rs. 0.124. The company has no debt and operates debt-free. The statutory auditor M M Nissim & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion. A share purchase agreement is in progress where Skybridge Interactive LLP is acquiring 74.68% stake from the promoter at Rs. 6 per share.
Despite strong revenue growth, profit declined sharply indicating margin compression. The stock may face pressure due to the significant PAT decline despite higher sales. The ongoing open offer and change in promoter control adds uncertainty.
