Skybridge Interactive LLP acquired 6,500,000 BABA Arts shares, or 12.38 percent, off market under a share purchase agreement from promoter sellers. The transfer occurred on 3 November 2026. Skybridge's holding rose from 32,700,602 shares (62.28 percent) to 39,200,602 shares (74.67 percent). It stated that it is not part of the promoter group.
