Bajaj Holdings posted Q1 FY27 results. Standalone PAT was 344 crore vs 2,036 crore in Q1 FY26, which included a 1,983 crore one-time gain from selling Bajaj Finserv shares. Excluding that, standalone PAT grew 77% to 344 crore. Consolidated PAT was 2,706 crore vs 3,487 crore, but up about 28% excluding the prior one-time gain.
