For the half year ended 30 September 2025, Bajaj Housing Finance earned ₹1,226 crore, up 19% year on year. Assets under management rose 24% to ₹1,26,749 crore, and net total income grew 24% to ₹2,110 crore. Gross and net bad-loan ratios remained low at 0.26% and 0.12%. Loan-loss provisions rose to ₹91 crore from ₹15 crore. FY26 asset growth guidance is 21–23%.
Strong profit and asset growth, with low bad loans, support shareholder sentiment. Higher provisions and housing competition remain near-term risks.
