Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Bajaj Steel Industries posted a standalone loss of Rs 371.83 lacs in Q1 FY27 versus a profit of Rs 497.96 lacs a year ago, despite revenue growing about 16% to Rs 10,761.77 lacs. Consolidated result also slipped to a loss of Rs 26.87 lacs from a profit of Rs 739.92 lacs earlier. Total expenses rose sharply with material costs and other expenses up, squeezing margins. EPS stood at Rs 1.79 standalone and Rs 0.13 consolidated.
Swing to loss and sharp margin compression may weigh on the stock. Revenue growth is a positive, but cost control is the key concern ahead.
