Bajel Projects Q3 FY26: Standalone net sales fell to Rs 55,541 lakh (vs Rs 61,542 lakh YoY), but PAT rose to Rs 198 lakh (vs Rs 146 lakh). Consolidated Q3 swung to a Rs 42 lakh loss from Rs 240 lakh JV losses. 9M consolidated PAT fell to Rs 614 lakh. An exceptional charge of Rs 772 lakh was taken for new Labour Codes. 1,42,000 ESOP options granted at Rs 99.72 each. Auditors flagged ongoing arbitration over Rs 3,461 lakh dues.
Mixed results. Standalone profits up, but consolidated turned to a loss in Q3 due to JV drag and one-time Labour Code charge. ESOP grant may cause minor dilution.
