Vijay Laltaprasad Yadav, the Promoter of Balgopal Commercial Limited, has acquired 5,00,000 equity shares through the conversion of warrants into equity on a preferential basis, with the transaction dated March 21, 2026. Following this acquisition, the promoter along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) increased their combined holding from 86,35,812 shares (45.43% of share capital) to 1,05,35,812 shares (50.39% of share capital). The promoter's individual holding rose from nil to 5,00,000 shares (2.39% of share capital). The company's total equity share capital expanded from Rs. 19.01 crore to Rs. 20.91 crore as a result of the warrant conversion. On a diluted basis (assuming full conversion of all outstanding warrants), the promoter group now holds 44.81% of the total diluted share capital.
