On the reaction day the stock moved 6.1 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 6.5 pts more than its Tyres & Rubber Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
H1 FY27 revenue rose 35% to Rs 6,859 crore and net profit rose 31% to Rs 723 crore, but EBITDA margin fell from 22.7% to 19.4%. BKT targets about Rs 23,000 crore revenue in FY30: 70% from off-highway tires, 10% carbon black and 20% on-road tires. Pirelli supply is planned at 800,000 tires in 2030. A 50:50 passenger car tire joint venture is targeted by December 2030, and management expects 23% to 25% EBITDA margins after commercialization.
Long-term growth is supported by FY30 targets and Pirelli partnership, but margin pressure and rising borrowings may weigh on near-term performance.
