The Board declared a second interim dividend of Rs 4 per share for financial year 2025-26, payable within 30 days to shareholders on November 7, 2025. The estimated cash cost is Rs 77.32 crore. Consolidated Q2 revenue was Rs 2,393.45 crore versus Rs 2,419.74 crore a year earlier, while net profit fell to Rs 273.19 crore from Rs 346.94 crore.
Shareholders will receive Rs 4 per eligible share within 30 days. Lower Q2 profit may offset some positive dividend sentiment.
