On the reaction day the stock moved 1.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.4 pts less than its Paper & Paper Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Postal Ballot ended 2 July 2026 with all four resolutions passed. Capital reduction scheme approved with 99.94 percent in favor: equity face value to drop from Rs 10 to Re 1 to offset accumulated losses of about Rs 52.28 crore. Rs 110 crore preference share capital to be cancelled. Share count unchanged; BSE and NSE listing continues pending NCLT nod. Three related party resolutions passed with 99.42 percent majority, approving borrowings up to Rs 25 crore each for FY27 and FY28.
Capital reduction awaits NCLT nod. If effective, equity face value drops from Rs 10 to Re 1; share count stays same. Losses may be written off.
