The Board approved standalone and consolidated unaudited Q2 and H1 2025-26 results for the period ended 30 September 2025. Standalone Q2 revenue and profit fell 0.6% and 2.4% year on year to Rs 629.92 crore and Rs 48.48 crore. Standalone H1 revenue rose to Rs 1,305.43 crore and profit to Rs 104.41 crore. Operating cash outflow was Rs 172.73 crore. The review found no material misstatement. CAG appointed B Chhawchharia and Co as 2025-26 auditor.
Lower Q2 profit and continued operating cash outflow may weigh on the stock, despite modest growth in standalone half-year profit.
