The board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations jumped to Rs. 598.48 crore from Rs. 388.08 crore in FY24, while profit after tax (PAT) doubled to Rs. 134.23 crore from Rs. 67.15 crore. On a consolidated basis, revenue surged to Rs. 923.62 crore (vs Rs. 559.86 crore) and PAT more than doubled to Rs. 203.86 crore (vs Rs. 93.49 crore). Statutory auditors M. B. Agrawal & Co. issued an unmodified opinion on the results. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.15 per share (1.5% of face value) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. The same firm was also recommended for re-appointment as statutory auditor for a second 5-year term (FY26 to FY30). Capital work-in-progress nearly tripled to Rs. 417.11 crore, indicating heavy ongoing capacity expansion.
Strong double-digit revenue and PAT growth with EBITDA margin expansion signals robust operational performance; the small dividend and large capex suggest management is reinvesting for future growth rather than rewarding shareholders heavily in the near term.
