Balu Forge Industries' Board of Directors, at its May 14, 2025 meeting, approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25, along with a final dividend of Rs. 0.15 per equity share (face value Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue from operations rose to Rs. 598.48 crore from Rs. 388.08 crore in FY24, while net profit nearly doubled to Rs. 134.23 crore from Rs. 67.15 crore. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 923.62 crore (from Rs. 559.86 crore) and consolidated net profit jumped to Rs. 203.86 crore (from Rs. 93.49 crore). The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion, and M. B. Agrawal & Co. was recommended for re-appointment as auditor for another 5-year term.
Strong earnings growth with revenue up ~54% and standalone net profit nearly doubling year-on-year is a clear positive for shareholders. However, the final dividend of Rs. 0.15 per share is a token payout (roughly 1.2% of standalone EPS), unlikely to drive meaningful income for investors; the AGM approval remains pending.
