Balu Forge Industries reported its Q3 FY26 results. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations grew 6.6% YoY to Rs. 17,120 lakh, while net profit dipped slightly to Rs. 3,848 lakh from Rs. 3,970 lakh. For the nine months ended December 2025, standalone revenue rose to Rs. 48,811 lakh (from Rs. 44,098 lakh) and net profit grew to Rs. 10,808 lakh (from Rs. 9,565 lakh). On a consolidated basis, performance was much stronger: nine-month revenue jumped nearly 29% YoY to Rs. 84,381 lakh, while consolidated net profit surged about 37% to Rs. 19,315 lakh, reflecting strong contribution from subsidiaries. EPS on a consolidated basis rose to Rs. 17.00 (basic) from Rs. 13.47 in the prior-year period. No exceptional items were reported.
Strong consolidated growth, driven by subsidiaries, signals healthy business expansion and should be viewed positively by shareholders. Standalone margins remain robust though Q3 standalone profit saw a small dip, likely worth monitoring. Overall, the results reinforce a positive growth trajectory.
