Bandaram Pharma Packtech Limited announced its unaudited Q1 FY27 (ended 30 June 2026) results. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations jumped to Rs. 298.51 lakhs from Rs. 75.74 lakhs in Q1 FY26, but the company posted a net loss of Rs. 35.68 lakhs (EPS of Rs. -0.20), slightly wider than the Rs. 26.85 lakh loss a year ago. On a consolidated basis (including subsidiaries VSR Paper & Packaging and Craftsmart Products), revenue surged to Rs. 2,395.26 lakhs from Rs. 810.37 lakhs year-on-year, with net profit rising sharply to Rs. 68.44 lakhs (vs Rs. 2.47 lakhs). The Board also approved re-appointment of Independent Director Mr. Suryaprakasa Rao Bommisetti for a second 5-year term and re-appointed M/s. M.M. Reddy & Co. as statutory auditors for 3 years till FY 2028-29. The AGM is scheduled for 18 September 2026.
Strong top-line growth, especially on a consolidated basis, shows business expansion, but the standalone entity continues to report losses, suggesting the parent-level business is still struggling while growth is driven by subsidiaries. Investors should focus on the consolidated profitability trend, which has improved materially.
