Bang Overseas Limited has submitted its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations jumped to Rs. 19,049 lakhs in FY25 from Rs. 13,367 lakhs in FY24, a growth of roughly 42%. Net loss narrowed sharply to Rs. 199.82 lakhs from Rs. 728.68 lakhs in the previous year, though the company remained in the red. Q4 FY25 turned profitable at the standalone level with a profit of Rs. 220.49 lakhs versus a marginal loss a year earlier. The auditor, M/s Bharat Gupta & Co., issued an unmodified opinion on both sets of results. The Board also re-appointed M/s FRG & Company as Internal Auditor for FY26 and appointed Mr. Mahesh Ramesh Bhagwat as an Additional Non-Executive Director.
Strong top-line growth and a big narrowing of losses are positives, but the company is still loss-making and reported negative operating cash flow of Rs. 328 lakhs (standalone), so shareholders should watch whether the improving trajectory translates into a full-year profit and better cash generation going forward.
