Banka BioLoo Limited reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of Rs 1,592.80 lakhs, up about 12% from Rs 1,418.82 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue rose modestly to Rs 4,173.48 lakhs from Rs 4,091.59 lakhs. The company remains loss-making, but losses have narrowed sharply — standalone Q3 loss after tax was Rs (22.01) lakhs versus Rs (146.45) lakhs a year ago, and the nine-month loss shrank to Rs (118.85) lakhs from Rs (756.74) lakhs. The prior-year period included exceptional items of Rs 712.27 lakhs, which partly explains the year-on-year improvement. Consolidated results mirror this trend, with nine-month PAT at Rs (121.09) lakhs versus Rs (729.31) lakhs. The auditor (B.D. Saboo & Associates) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Narrowing losses and steady revenue growth are encouraging, but the company is still in the red at the bottom line. The improvement is partly flattered by the absence of large one-time charges that hit the prior year. Shareholders should look for a clear path to profitability rather than just shrinking losses.
