Bannari Amman Sugars reported strong FY2026 results with net profit growing 41.3% to Rs 14,791.64 Lakhs from Rs 10,466.81 Lakhs in FY2025. Revenue from operations increased 6.9% to Rs 1,91,667.27 Lakhs while profit before tax rose 9.4% to Rs 17,746.92 Lakhs. EPS improved from Rs 83.47 to Rs 117.96 per share. The company also declared dividend of Rs 12.50 per share (125%). Net cash from operating activities improved significantly to Rs 51,423.26 Lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion confirming clean financials. The company is expanding sugar crushing capacity from 7,500 TCD to 10,000 TCD and evaluating ethanol production.
Strong profitability growth with PAT up 41% is positive for shareholders. The clean audit report and robust operating cash flows of Rs 5,143 million strengthen confidence. Debt reduction and the ongoing capacity expansion position the company well for future growth in sugar and potentially ethanol segments.
