Bansal Wire Industries, the country's largest stainless steel wire manufacturer, reported a 21.0% YoY jump in Q4 FY26 net profit to ₹400.7 Mn, while Q4 revenue rose 20.9% to ₹11,363.6 Mn and EBITDA grew 11.1% to ₹804.4 Mn. For the full year FY26, revenue grew 18.6% to ₹41,597.9 Mn, EBITDA rose 17.3% to ₹3,234.8 Mn, and PAT increased 10.0% to ₹1,609.4 Mn. Sales volumes surged 33% YoY to 4,58,055 MT, supported by diversification into high-value specialty products like IHT and OHT wires. However, EBITDA margins compressed by 62 bps in Q4 (to 7.1%) and 9 bps for the full year (to 7.8%), and the company flagged global supply-side and geopolitical disruptions impacting near-term production and sales.
Strong topline and profit growth driven by volume expansion, but margin compression and near-term geopolitical headwinds may temper investor enthusiasm. The stock could see positive sentiment from robust cash flow generation (₹333 cr in FY26) and the management's ₹600 cr free cash flow target for FY26–FY27.
