Bansal Wire Industries reported its Q1 FY26 unaudited results on July 21, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose about 34% year-on-year to Rs 9,079.6 million (vs Rs 6,766.1 million in Q1 FY25), while standalone profit after tax grew roughly 17% to Rs 302.8 million. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew about 15% to Rs 9,390.1 million and PAT rose about 25% to Rs 392.8 million. Statutory auditor Prateek Gupta & Company issued an unmodified limited review opinion on the results. Separately, the board approved the appointment of M/s Ranjit Tripathi & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30), M/s Ashish & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY26, and M/s S N Garg & Co as Internal Auditor for FY26. The IPO Committee, set up during the July 2024 listing, was also dissolved.
Strong top-line growth, especially on a standalone basis, is a positive signal for the steel wire maker, though standalone profit growth was more modest. The housekeeping items (auditor appointments and IPO committee wind-up) are routine post-listing formalities and unlikely to move the stock.
