Bansal Wire Industries reported Q1 FY27 results. Standalone revenue rose 25% YoY to Rs. 1,134.7 crore from Rs. 908 crore. But PAT fell 46% to Rs. 16.5 crore from Rs. 30.3 crore, with margins under pressure. Consolidated revenue grew 24% to Rs. 1,167.9 crore, PAT down 48% to Rs. 20.5 crore. Board also appointed Cost and Internal Auditors for FY26-27. Statutory auditors gave unmodified opinion.
Strong revenue growth is positive, but sharp profit fall and margin compression raise concerns about rising costs and near-term profitability.
