Board on July 22, 2026 approved Q1 FY27 results. Standalone revenue grew about 25 percent YoY to Rs 11,347.49 million (from Rs 9,079.60 million) but PAT fell about 46 percent to Rs 164.81 million (from Rs 302.79 million). Consolidated revenue rose about 24 percent to Rs 11,678.91 million with PAT of Rs 204.61 million versus Rs 392.79 million. Exceptional items of Rs 13.81 million standalone were noted. Auditors issued unmodified opinion. Also appointed M/s Ashish and Associates as Cost Auditor and M/s S N Garg and Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
Strong top-line growth but sharp profit decline signals margin pressure; new auditor appointments are routine compliance.
