The board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and the financial year ended March 31, 2025, along with an unmodified (clean) auditor opinion from M/s. K.G. Somani & Co. LLP. A final dividend of ₹1 per equity share (face value ₹5, i.e., 20%) was recommended for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. The board also appointed M/s. Mihen Halani & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years (FY26–FY30) and M/s. Ankit Maheshwari & Associates as Chief Internal Auditor for FY26. Standalone revenue was largely flat at around ₹1,28,213 lakhs versus ₹1,27,892 lakhs last year. However, standalone profit after tax fell sharply from about ₹2,139 lakhs to ₹1,016 lakhs, a drop of over 50% year-on-year.
The steep fall in profit despite flat revenue is a concern for shareholders, but the clean audit report, maintained dividend, and absence of governance red flags point to underlying stability. Near-term stock sentiment may be mildly negative given the weak earnings print.
