Barak Valley Cements Q3 FY26 revenue fell 12.7% YoY to Rs 475.9 lakhs (standalone). The company swung to a standalone net loss of Rs 53.19 lakhs from a profit of Rs 138.51 lakhs a year ago. Consolidated net loss was Rs 230.67 lakhs, and 9-month consolidated also turned to a loss of Rs 115.83 lakhs. New subsidiary Mustoh Cement was added during the quarter. Statutory auditor gave an unmodified opinion.
Weak quarterly performance with revenue decline and swing to losses may pressure the stock; consolidation hit from new subsidiary also weighed on numbers.
