Bayer CropScience reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 1,106.2 crore, up about 4.6% from Rs 1,057.4 crore in Q3 FY25. Nine-month revenue grew 3.3% to Rs 4,574.2 crore vs Rs 4,427 crore last year. Profit after tax for the quarter jumped sharply to Rs 95.7 crore from Rs 34.2 crore a year ago, while 9M PAT rose roughly 24% to Rs 527.1 crore from Rs 424.7 crore. Diluted EPS for Q3 stood at Rs 21.29 vs Rs 7.61 in Q3 FY25. Results were reviewed by auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, who issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Sharp jump in Q3 profit indicates much better operating performance year-on-year, though revenue growth remains modest. The company is a seasonal business so quarterly results may not reflect full-year trends; investors should watch the final quarter for confirmation of sustained margin expansion.
