BCC Fuba India's Board approved unaudited standalone financial results for Q1 FY26 on August 7, 2025. Revenue from operations jumped to ₹1,549.79 lakhs, up about 61% from ₹963.19 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Profit before tax rose to ₹188.54 lakhs (vs ₹104.86 lakhs), and profit after tax grew to ₹131.87 lakhs (vs ₹87.19 lakhs), a ~51% increase, lifting EPS to ₹0.86 from ₹0.57. The company flagged that its earlier accumulated losses have been fully absorbed in FY25, so it has moved into the regular corporate tax regime. As a result, the tax expense for Q1 FY26 shot up to ₹56.67 lakhs, versus just ₹17.67 lakhs a year ago. Statutory auditor Bhagi Bhardwaj Gaur & Co. issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth signals healthy business momentum and is positive for shareholders, but the sharp jump in tax outflows due to the end of loss set-offs will permanently compress net margins going forward. Watch for sustainability of the ~61% revenue growth in coming quarters.
