BCC Fuba India Ltd's board has finalised the terms of its Rights Issue, which was first approved in February 2026. The company will issue up to 45,93,015 partly paid-up equity shares to raise up to Rs. 3,444.76 lakhs. The issue price is Rs. 75 per share, of which Rs. 10 is face value and Rs. 65 is premium. Shareholders will get 3 Rights shares for every 10 held as on the record date of March 11, 2026. The issue opens on March 19 and closes on March 27, 2026. On application, only 50% (Rs. 37.50) is payable, with the rest to be called in up to two instalments by March 29, 2027. If fully subscribed, total shares will rise from 1.53 crore to about 1.99 crore.
Eligible shareholders need to act between March 19 and March 27, 2026, to subscribe or renounce their rights. The partly paid-up structure eases the upfront cash burden, but existing shareholders will face dilution of about 30% if they do not subscribe. The purpose of fund raising has not been disclosed in this filing.
