BCC Fuba India Limited's board, at its meeting on 23 May 2025, approved audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025. Revenue from operations for FY25 grew sharply by about 46% year-on-year to Rs 4,706.86 lakhs (vs Rs 3,226.39 lakhs in FY24). However, profit after tax was almost flat at Rs 373.82 lakhs versus Rs 375.62 lakhs in the previous year, and earnings per share slipped marginally to Rs 2.41 from Rs 2.48. Q4 revenue jumped around 65% YoY to Rs 1,271.81 lakhs, though Q4 profit declined to Rs 95.67 lakhs from Rs 111.89 lakhs. The statutory auditor M/s Bhagi Bhardwaj Gaur & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Strong top-line growth is encouraging, but the near-flat bottom line and a swing into negative operating cash flow (Rs -5.08 lakhs vs Rs 515.99 lakhs) due to rising receivables and inventories could worry shareholders looking at cash generation and working-capital health.
