BCC Fuba India Ltd's board has finalised the terms of its proposed rights issue. The company will issue up to 45,93,015 partly paid-up equity shares at Rs. 75 each (including a Rs. 65 premium), raising up to Rs. 3,444.76 lakhs. Existing shareholders will get 3 rights shares for every 10 shares held as on the record date of March 11, 2026. Investors need to pay Rs. 37.50 (50% of the issue price) on application, with the remaining amount callable by March 29, 2027. The rights issue opens on March 19, 2026 and closes on March 27, 2026.
Eligible shareholders can subscribe to these rights shares in proportion to their existing holdings, but the issue will dilute equity by about 23% if fully subscribed. The partly paid-up structure means shareholders need not commit the full Rs. 75 upfront, reducing immediate cash outflow but leaving future call obligations.
