BCC Fuba India Ltd's board approved audited results for FY25, with revenue from operations rising strongly to ₹4,706.86 lakhs from ₹3,226.39 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 46%. Q4 revenue jumped to ₹1,271.81 lakhs from ₹770.08 lakhs a year earlier. However, profit after tax was almost flat at ₹373.82 lakhs vs ₹375.62 lakhs, and Q4 PAT actually dipped to ₹95.67 lakhs from ₹111.89 lakhs due to higher depreciation, finance costs and tax. Total assets grew to ₹4,090.60 lakhs and equity strengthened to ₹2,315.68 lakhs. The company confirmed it does not qualify as a Large Corporate under SEBI norms.
Strong top-line growth is a positive, but the flat bottom-line and a swing to negative operating cash flow (-₹5.08 lakhs vs ₹515.99 lakhs last year) suggest rising working capital pressure from higher receivables and inventory, which shareholders should watch closely.
